BEEF

We have found by using only the best beef available we are able to guarantee, excellent flavour and tenderness with every mouthful. Our beef comes from a range of personally known farmers from within the Cotswolds and outwards to Yorkshire.

LAMB & MUTTON

We are fortunate enough to have a selection of amazing historic breeds reared in the beautiful British countryside. We are always listening to our customers which allows us to deliver the preferred cuts of lamb to a standard we can be proud of.

PORK

Our relationship with our farmers is truly personal; we are able to provide a selected fat consistency depending on preference of our chefs. We are also based in Gloucester, home of the renowned Gloucester Old Spot range we can supply these and many others.

GAME & POULTRY

The Cotswolds are in abundance of good produce and we utilise this extensively with our game and poultry range, this could be from farmers or even shooting events; we offer halal and non halal to cater the different needs of our customers.

C&P prides itself on its ability to supply ranges of clients from private schools to Michelin starred restaurants, so to have these accreditations this will help in the knowledge we are a supplier that can be trusted.
